Fortress to the rescue!

We were contacted by Stuart Coe to see if we could help him out. He’d originally placed an order for electric gates with another company, who took a deposit from him but let him down badly.

They did start work on the gateway but abandoned it when they realised how difficult the project was. Never ones to be beaten… Fortress rose to the challengeUnderstandably Stuart was cautious of gate manufacturer’s but was soon assured of our capabilities once he’d read our five star reviews and visited our new factory and offices – he knew he had found a company who wouldn’t let him down.

We fully laser levelled his site and submitted detailed design drawings which Stuart approved for manufacture. He had originally chosen cedar wood for the in-fill panels but changed his mind when he saw our fantasic new range of composite panelling, opting for the walnut colour to compliment his cottage. Once Stuart had approved the drawings we began manufacturing straight away.

We were soon on site taking out the other contractors work

and cutting the presscrete drive ready for our underground motors, posts and cables.

With all our posts, panels and gates in position

it was now time to fit the composite wood panels- we think you’ll agree, they look fabulous.

We made sure the presscrete drive looked as good as new. Stuart and Jane were delighted with the end result.

For this project we used Roger Technology underground motors, Videx GSM Entry System and new heavy duty self-closing hinges on the pedestrian gate.

Recently, Mr. Dye came to us with a fantastic job in Southwell for an incredible property. He joined us at the office for a meeting to look through his own drawings of steel gates he wanted. He also brought along the architects’ drawings for us to view.
